Staff is incredibly friendly. Sebastian was very helpful with my daughter’s request and made sure she ordered exactly what she wanted. This was her first experience at “Say Tea and Smile” and Sebastian made sure it was unforgettable! We will be back!

Without a doubt, this is one of my favorite places to visit, especially during the summer. Their drinks are always fresh, made to order, and come in a great variety of flavors. The quality is consistently excellent, and every visit has been a great experience. I’ve been to several of their locations, and each one is clean, welcoming, and has a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a perfect place to meet friends, get some work done, study, or simply relax with a good book. The customer service has always been outstanding. The staff is friendly, efficient, and genuinely attentive. You can tell they take pride in both the quality of their products and the experience they provide. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, refreshing drinks, excellent service, and a relaxing environment. Definitely a five-star experience!

Loved this boba spot! The drinks were really good, I got the taro boba tea. Stef was so sweet and helpful. She gave great service and made the whole experience even better. Definitely coming back! 🧋💕

I ordered the fruit teas during happy hour and they were great! Yeili was super patient and nice in helping me choose which tea flavor I wanted. I only have a few suggestions and this is for the owners if they’re reading this. I’ve been going to all the locations around Miami for this company but for some reason my points don’t transfer from location to location. Seems pointless considering it’s all the same businesses?? I should be able to accumulate my points rather than having one set of points at each individual location. Also one more suggestion to the owners, if you’re gonna be having happy hour why don’t you announce it or advertise it better? Why do some locations have it and others don’t? Fixing these things is what makes customers from coming one time to several times.

Delicious milk tea! As a Taiwanese and big milk tea fan this is definitely my favorite spot in Miami. I tried the classic milk tea minus bubbles with honey instead of sugar and it was amazing. The interior is cute and makes for a great place to bring friends. Yeric provided excellent service too!
